Mr. Matt Gourlay
Investment Banking
Mr. Gourlay possesses four decades of experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, and Investment Management. Mr. Gourlay was a founding member of Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette (“DLJ”), Morgan Stanley, and Lehman Brothers’ Leveraged departments. While at DLJ, he served on the firm’s underwriting committee. Matt was Vice-Chairman of Gleacher & Company and NatWest Capital Markets USA, where he established sales, trading, and corporate finance departments. Matt served as Chief Strategist at Ore Hill Partners, a distressed credit hedge fund and a subsidiary of the Man Investment Group. He ran the leveraged finance group at UBS Warburg and was successful in placing over 300 billion of capital for his clients throughout the global marketplace. He received an A.B. in economics degree from Princeton University.
Mr. Izak Elyashiv
Energy
Mr. Izhak Elyashiv is second generation in the field of energy and infrastructure projects. He began through working in a Generator Supply Company, serving as company CEO for 30 years.
Following the Company’s great success, Mr. Elyashiv founded Telemnia, a company active in building large scale project in the field of energy, including all types of power stations from generation to distribution. Mr. Elyashiv has built power stations in countries including; Burkina Faso, Gabon, Brazil, Cuba, Israel and more.
Mr. Elyashiv has vast expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects, including hydro, natural gas, biogas, gas conversion, CHP, water treatment, photo voltaic, and civil engineering. Mr. Elyashiv serves as owner of IE Energy, a company which has installed numerous CHP and PRMS projects, and high-speed diesel engine-based power stations.
